Card Alerts Overview

Use alerts to inform Customers when a specific activity occurs on their issued card. For example, an alert can be sent when a transaction occurs, when a payment is made, or if someone attempts to use the card with an incorrect PIN.

Alerts can be sent by email or SMS. Alerts can be sent daily, weekly, or monthly and can be sent multiple times throughout the day until the alert cutoff time.

• Activate or deactivate a card alert
• Retrieve a card alert
• List alerts for a card
