Beneficial Owner Overview

A Beneficial Owner is a person who directly or indirectly owns or controls a company and enjoys the benefits of ownership, even if they are not the legal owner.

Beneficial Owners can be added to:

• Business Accounts  Beneficial Owners are added and updated by the RocketKOR Operations team. You can use the APIs to suspend, unsuspend, and remove Beneficial Owners for a Business Account.
• Customer Accounts  You can use the APIs to create, update, retrieve, list, suspend, unsuspend, and remove Beneficial Owners for a Customer Account. Beneficial Owners can only be added to a Business Customer Account.
