Accessing Reports on the RocketKOR Portal

Use the RocketKOR Portal to access the detailed and summary transaction reports that have been generated for your Business Account.

You can find reports that have been generated within a specific time period. For example, you may want to find reports generated for the previous month. You can then download the reports.

To access reports, click Insights, then click Reports. The Reports page appears.

Find and Download Reports

  1. To find reports, enter the following information:
    • Report Type  Select the type of report you want to find.
    • Date Range  Enter the time period for the reports you want to find.
  2. Click Show Reports. Reports generated during the specified date range are shown on the right.
  3. To download a report, click the Download icon beside the report.
